Windows 10: Need Help To Reset windows troubleshoot password

Hi, I need help when i open my pc it loads me into the windows login but that doesn’t work its like the blurry it doesn’t appear i tried ctrl alt and then when i go to the troubleshoot It says u need a password to reset ur pc but i don’t know it can u guys tell me where to reset the password?
