Windows 10: Need help to solve 'The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck' error

Random PC rebooting during gaming or image upscaling or even just watching twitch or other streaming platforms.System information:AMD Ryzen 5 3400G with Radeon Vega Graphics 3.70 GHz Memory: 32,0 GB GPU: NVida Gforce RTX 4060 8GB Windows 11 Home ; Ver.: 24H2 ; Date of install: 2024. ‎10. ‎16.The language is HungarianAz operációs rendszer hibaellenőrzés céljából újraindította a számítógépet. Random reboot, system recovered from a bugcheck error in event viewer...

Hi... my computer rebooted right now (while the screen was on standby), opened the even viewer and found the following error there

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000008e (0xc0000005, 0x99c732a7, 0x886f9794, 0x00000000). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 122010-16707-01.

The memory dump created is 349mb in size. *Twitch :twitch:

I have installed a sapphire radeon 5670 3 days back and installed catalyst 10.12 display driver only, after removing every trace of my last display drivers.

What could be the problem this has never happened before... any help? Could i provide some more info?

I am running windows 7 32bit with 3gb ram and e5300. Nothing overclocked.

However, please let us know:

1. When exactly are you receiving the error?
   
2. What is the make and model of the computer?
   
3. Are you aware of any changes made to the computer prior to this issue?
   
4. Which build version of Windows 10 is installed on the computer? Refer Which version of Windows operating system am I running?
   

If you are receiving a Blue Screen error, I would suggest you to share the dump files so that we can analyze them and get to the root cause of the issue. To share the files Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump, upload the files to OneDrive and share the OneDrive link.



Meanwhile, I would suggest you to remove any external devices attached to the computer apart from keyboard and mouse and check if that helps.



I would suggest you to refer the troubleshooting steps mentioned in the article Troubleshoot blue screen errors.
