Windows 10: Need help understanding digital license

A few years ago I got a laptop with Windows 10 Pro then a few months ago I got an old PC from a friend. On said PC I signed into my Microsoft account. In the Activation section of Update & Security, both computers say that Windows 10 Pro is installed with the message: "Windows is activated with a digital licence linked to your Microsoft account".

I'm about to finish building a new PC so I'd like to know if I can use this "digital license" on the new machine. Would I just skip entering a product key then sign in to activate Windows 10 Pro on it?

Thats how licensing works with Windows 10, the digital license is attached to your Microsoft Account and makes it easy to reactivate Windows 10 in the event you reinstall it.

Thanks for your suggestion. I solved the problem with my License Key with Belarc Advisor Software. The Digital License code was a numeration that Microsoft Corporation has given to all that have Windows Account specially to those that has free upgraded
to Windows 10. Under the Digital License appears the original code.
