Windows 10: Need help uninstalling windows 10

I sat with a Microsoft tech and my windows ten is stuck with an error code that he and I couldn’t fix after hours of messages and different ways to try. Is there a way to uninstall windows with out using the rest pc button. Something without that button or pretty much anything through windows. I can’t do anything as of right now none of my files will open no app will boot up nada. Just want to uninstall and then reinstall it somehow without using that one way I see all Over the internet. We’ve tried most of the options with no luck looking for maybe a differant approach he didn’t think of.

Correct gb = Great Britain

You would be using step 4 in Option Two below for this.

You would need the PackageFullName to the right of that.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
