Windows 10: Need help w/ FN Lock and Insert

Recently, out of nowhere my FN Lock is now constantly on. It's also on the Esc key but when I go to disable it with Fn + Esc, nothing happens. I can't use the volume shortcuts F1, F2, F3 or any of the other Fx keys without initiating a shortcut specific to the app I'm using Ex. While using Google Chrome, by simply pressing F1 on my side, it will open Chrome help and support. Not sure how to access BIOS to disable this. I'm on a Lenovo ideapad 5-14IIL05.My second problem is with the Insert function. It's not a big issue, but whenever I'm typing on anything Windows related Ex. Signing i

Are you sure it's not the num lock rather than FN lock? Sounds like num lock to me.

no exist? it's in all the screenshots.

that is what fn does, num lock turns the number pad on or off yes - but it only matters for a dedicated number pad. those are normally arrows when turned off.

My boss has a Sony Vaio VGN-AR190G, it seems like FN lock is on, because when he types certain letters that have numbers when pushed with the function key, it types numbers instead of letters. I do not even see a function lock key on this keyboard. I'm not really sure what to do. I've tried googling the issue but haven't come up with a solution. There was a wireless keyboard plugged into the laptop for awhile, I checked that one for a FN lock key and it doesn't have one either.
