need help w/ solving my windows 10 / IE 11 display & web pages crashes

I am baffled by a problem that actually started to appear even while I was running Windows 7, which prompted me to not only upgrade (clean install Windows 10), but upgrade my whole computer.

    Background:
    -----------------

I am now running Windows 10 Version 1607 for x64 and my hardware is as follows:

ASUS TUF SABERTOOTH Z170 MARK 1
    Intel Core i7-6700K 8M Skylake Quad-Core 4.0 GHz
    G.SKILL Ripjaws V Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3200 (PC4 25600)
GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 1060 Mini ITX OC 6GB GV-N1060IXOC-6GD Video Card

I am running the motherboard in factory pre-set Turbo mode, the memory in XMP. No overclocking of the graphics card. I have also tried running the motherboard and memory in AUTO (non-turbo modes), but the result (of the problems described below) is the same.
I have the latest drivers, patches and firmware for all of the products. My intel chipset driver is version 101138, and I'm running the proper Intel ME driver for my particular motherboard.
Due to my particular usage requirements, I am running IE 11 (latest version). My antivirus is Kaspersky KAV 2017. My internet is Verizon FIOS, which has been steady as a rock. I am using the Verizon’s recommended Actiontec MI424WR Rev. I router (into the FIOS box). I then use a Linksys AC5400 EA9500 from the Actiontec for my WiFi usage. For the Nvidia card, I used two different cards, and I am always using the latest Nvidia driver together with only the PhysX optional add-on (none of the 3D add-ons are installed).

To be clear, the problems that I am about to describe below happen on the main computer which is physically connected to both routers via Cat6 cables, so it is not via a Wi-Fi connection.

    Problems:
    -------------

I use my computer for games and for stock trading. I usually have anywhere from 6 ot 12 individual Windows open at any given time, including a bunch of JAVA applications, which are driven by the latest Java release (Java8u111). I'm only running one copy of Java. I have tried having Java Plug-In SSV helper On / Off, but there is no difference.

Typically, after about 6-8 hours of running, I start getting weird loads / displays in my IE pages. Things like losing my Twitter account login info, certain pages stop auto-reloading and then I would get an IE error that I need to "Recover the Page". Sometimes, the only way out of the situation is to force close the IE page, and then open a new one. Graphics (photos) stop loading on random pages. During all of this time, I never have a problem with ANY of the java-based applets that are running.

I have also experienced a black & blinking screen at various random times. That has happened even on my Outlook program, and so it’s not only IE 11-related.

FYI: I run each IE page as a separate page (no tabs), as it is easier for me to click in between them and easier to see where I need to be.

Additionally, I noticed that the problem is as its worst when I leave the computer unattended for a few hours (or overnight), and then when I try to use it, some of the IE pages already have issues. So based on that, I am thinking that maybe somehow some of the settings in Power managements are creating data corruption. I have the following setup in the Windows 10 for "Power/Sleep" -- Turn Monitor Off after 30 minutes and Never Sleep. If I got to the “Advanced Power Settings”, I have the following settings:

Internet Explorer | JavaScript Time Frequency: Maximum Performance
Wireless Adapter Settings | Power Saving Mode: Maximum Performance
    Sleep | Sleep After: Never
Sleep | Allow Hybrid Sleep : Never
    Sleep | Hibernate: Never
Sleep | Allow Wake Timers: Enable
Processor Power Management | Minimum processor state: 100%
Processor Power Management | Maximum processor state: 100%

I have tried clearing the cache of IE, and of course I have scanned for viruses/Trojans, but everything is clean. I did try once (while running Windows 7) on resetting my IE 11 back to default settings. That fixed the problem for a few days but slowly and surely all of the issues came back within a week.

As a last hope, I even shut down my router, let it stay off for 5 hours, and then restarted with a different IP but that did not help.

I realize that the only common issue between my two computer builds and running Windows 7 / 10 seems to be IE 11. However changing the browser to Chrome, Firefox or Opera is not an option due to the heavy Java Usage that is required for my work.

I am wondering if anyone have any ideas as to what I may be missing. Thanks in advance for any suggestions you may have.

    :)

    Thanks for your reply.

I did run Kaspersky KAV 2016 until 8 weeks ago, and same issues were there. With the upgrade to KAV 2017, the symptoms described above did not go away. So I doubt that if it's their issue that it wasn't fixed still.

What should I be looking for with ResMon? I am just not familiar with it.

    Thanks,

Although no one replied to my problem, I do want to give an update so that this may help someone else down the line.

After I went inside Internet Explorer 11 | Internet Options | Advanced
    and clicked ON (selected)

Enable 64-bit processes for Enhanced Protected Mode
    Enable Enhanced Protected Mode

My system is 98% more stable! I am able to keep my system up for 3-4 days without any and such problems as I described in my original posting.
