  1. Need help with a BugCheck

    Hello All,

I built a new PC for my wife to play some games on, she had been running into errors with World of Warcraft and I am working with their support on that. Additionally there has been about 4 times that the computer completely locks up, no errors just is unresponsive and have to force a shut down.

So far we have re-installed the OS completely from working the blizzard support. Additionally I tested each stick of RAM 1 at a time down each slot of the motherboard to rule out a memory issue. I also swapped my the RAM in my PC with hers and we continued to get the game crashes. Next I swapped my graphics card with hers and actually had success for a couple days then the game errors came back. I have monitored temperatures at peak and those are well within range, I have ran Memtest with no failures, chkdsk with no fixes, sfc scan but no repairs. The only things I can think of next is to try swapping PSU's or a new SSD but before I began that process the PC froze like those 4 times and after staying like that long enough I actually got a BSOD. Previously there was no dump and nothing I could find in Event Viewer, maybe I was too hasty with the force shutdowns.

So I'm all these issues are related and you all can help me find the root of whats happening here:

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000009c 0x0000000000000000, 0xfffff80239a24b30, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000. A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: b570a0a3-4290-469d-99f7-46f0c5e4f421.

Here is a link to the dump filesand a n msinfo save, let me if I can provide anything additional:

I've read plenty of warning relating to this about overclocking. Honestly I'm very uneducated on overclocking but this is the processor she has:

I just let the motherboard handle overclocking on default settings. I assume that is fine.

Let me know what you think, normally I can figure these things out but I am out of ideas.

    :)
