Windows 10: Need help with a new windows 11 install

Hello all, I just put together a new rig and am having a VERY strange issue that I cannot seem to fix.Games run fine 16,000 on 3DMark, Benchmarks runs fine, CrystalMark on my M.2 runs fine, memory test completes and says no problem, EVERYTHING seems fine, except when I try to install ANY driver for ANY device: here is the strange thing though, after it looks like this it STILL completes the driver install!! My sound card and video card BOTH have working drivers...AFTER these lockups I get THIS Things I have tried, Updating the BIOS to the latest availableRunning windows updateSetting bot

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

To help you out with your concern, we suggest that you disable the add-ons in Internet Explorer 11. For step by step instructions, go to this

link, then look for the title Turning off and removing add-ons.

We also suggest that you reset Internet Explorer 11 through these steps:

• Go to Internet Explorer then click the Gear icon.
• Choose Internet options > Advanced.
• Click Reset.

(Note: If you have added Favorites, back up them first before resetting the browser. )

Windows 7 wont install drivers

i dont think anyone here understands what your asking either when its nearly a 90% english dominated Tech forum.
Step 1
reinstall windows from scratch
Step 2
install all drivers from the cd that came with the god damn motherboard *common sense*
Step 3
update windows
Step 4
install misc etc crap like flash java etc etc
Step 5
Install GPU drivers
Step 6
go back to using your pc without issue.
