Windows 10: Need Help with a WHEA .dmp File >> STill random Freezes without BSOD

Random Freezeing/BSOD, need help reading DMP file.

For awhile I've had issues of random freezing, this morning was the first time I've seen a proper Blue Screen for my current issue.

I'd appreciate if someone can use the DMP file to help me figure out what is exactly causing my issues.

Random BSODs "Bad_Pool_Caller"


This BSOD happens anywhere, irrespective of BitDefender. It takes place even when the antivirus is MSE in case of Windows 7. The most common cause is an expired trial or a cracked installation. Some examples:

We are on our way of troubleshooting. If the uninstallation and reinstallation does not work, we will take the next step.

I, in general, know what I am doing and what I am suggesting. If I feel that I am unable to control the issue, I will definitely ask for help.

 

Random Freezeing/BSOD, need help reading DMP file.

1. I can't recall any major changes to my computer before my issues begun. (hardware/software changes)

Awhile after my issue begun, I've reinstalled Windows 10 on a brand new hard drive and the issue persists.

Recently I've replaced my computers power supply and RAM which has had no effect on my problem.

2. It's been 3 or 4 months since the issue had started, over time the random freezes have sightly increased in frequency.

3. Almost everytime my computer freezes, it does not display any error message, the screen freezes on what I was doing before, no input has any effect and I'm forced to manually reboot. After booting up again I don't see any message.

The one exception was earlier today where I got a Blue Screen message after freezing and presumably a DMP file of the crash.
