    Need help with an exeptionally bad Automatic repair boot loop


    I am running a windows 10 lenovo legion laptop. It has gotten stuck in a "automatic repair couldn't repair your pc" loop. every time I boot it i am met with this same screen. To top off the problem it won't let me log in to use any of the admin options to try fix the issue. It wouldn't accept my password, I reset it, but the laptop won't accept the new on either, even if i plug it into an Ethernet cable and restart it several ways.It also seems that I can't boot into Safe Mode as other threads have suggested. every time i tell it to i've tried all 3 options from the menu twice, it restarts a
