    Just built my first pc, and when I turn it on, the bios says this:Version 2.20.1271. Copyright C 2023 American Megatrends, Inc.BIOS Date: 08/14/2023 Ver: F1Press <DEL> to enter setup.New CPU installed, fTPM/PSP NV corrupted or fTPM/PSP NV structure changed.Press Y to reset fTPM, if you have BitLocker or encryption enabled, the system will not boot without a recovery keyPress N to keep previous fTPM record and continue system boot, fTPM will NOT enable in new CPU, you can swap back to the old CPU to recover TPM related Keys and data.I am using a used graphics card, if that matters, but

    BSOD on new computer while gaming

    I just got a new computer about a month ago. Everything is new and I get BSOD (windows 10) while gaming mostly although it sometimes happens while I'm just using the computer. Sometimes the computer doesn't BSOD and just gives me a Access Violation Error. Not sure if related.

    Steps I have taken:
    • Updated all drivers and bios to latest versions
    • Checked ram with windows memory test to see if ram is faulty. (A stick was and it was removed waiting for replacement)
    • Clean Installed Windows after finding faulty ram
    • I had 2 x 2080Ti installed, I removed one, tested and then swapped cards; issue still exist

    Need help with bios error on new computer

    access BIOS settings in Win 10

    I have an 8-year old computer running Win 10. I need to access the BIOS settings. It used to be the holding down the F2 key during startup would bring up the BIOS screen in Windows computers. But this no longer works. A web article listed a complicated
    series of steps leading to a reboot . . . but still no access to BIOS. Any suggestions?
