Windows 10: Need help with blank screen

So I noticed my screen colors were kind of off so I read somewhere to go into the Intel graphic command center and restore the colors to original. When I did this the screen went blank and thats all I get now. When I shut down the laptop and turn it back on the normal dell boot screen comes up but then just a blank black screen.

I attached to a monitor and everything showed up fine there I just can't figure out how to get my screen back. Its a brand new dell xps 15 so I feel like this shouldn't be so difficult.

Windows logo key + Ctrl + Shift + B > report what you see and hear

See if you can boot to the BIOS using the information in this link:
