    Need help with BSOD diagnosis... DebugDiag just shows " Please ensure the latest version of...


    Had a BSOD tonight, not sure why yet. Ran the MEMORY.dmp and minidump that was created through debugdiag but this is all I get. I'm sure I'm missing something, not sure how to diagnose it. Also, apparently I can't attach the .dmp files anywhere here? Is there a recommended method to do this?


    Please ensure the latest version of ks is installed

    MEMORY.DMP the instruction at ks!KspPropertyHandler+0x323 caused a kernelBugCheck 50 with the following details:

  2. Diagnosis Tool missing

    I's really like to know what happen to the Diagnosis App on my Windows AtivS SGH-T899M phone, it was there last night ,now it seems to have vanished

    I'm on 8.0 , my nephew has the same phone he updated his OS to the latest available in Canada also Diagnosis App missing .

    Even after a reset on the phone the App is still MIA , I need to retrieve this app to change the CSC on my Phone so that I can have LTE rather than H+ or 3G

    Any help or suggestions would greatly be appreciated.

    BSOD- atikmpag.sys

    This is most likely due to an installation/upgrade error with ATI driver's. I suggest doing DriveSweeper and the following:
    • Drivesweeper all drivers & in Safe Mode
    • Unistall all drivers that aren't used in DriveSweeper (CCC Profiler Updates, MSI AfterBurner, anything related to ATI that use's it's drivers.)
    • After you do this, the first thing you need to do is go into Device Manager and Unistall your ATI Drivers

    Once your done, restart the PC and then try installing the latest drivers.


    I had several issues with this in the past, but I overcame it with logical reasoning and whenever I have a driver issue, I just use these steps and I always overcome the problem.
