    Hello , im writing in hopes to get help with my legion 5 laptop it has been blue screening as well as freezing and restarting for the past few days. It happens sometimes during normal usage but mostly when i try to play any games . I have ran sfc scan and memtest86 on both ram sticks several times as well as reinstalled windows and reinstalled all my gpu drivers but im still crashing.     No suggestions but want to say nice laptop. They also seem to be popular being they're currently unavailable

    That said my only suggestion would be to take time to learn the laptop yourself.

    I have the following computer: Lenovo - Legion Slim 7 15" Gaming Laptop - AMD Ryzen 7 5800H - 16GB Memory - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Max-Q - 512GB SSD - Shadow Black

    I bought it and it has been fine until today. In using it today it will intermittently get the BSOD and restart before I can read the code on the BSOD. I have done research and it appears that other Lenovo Legions have had this issue, but I haven't found a direct fix yet. What can I do to research the cause of the BSOD and fix the issue? I am also running Windows 11.

    The BSOD occurred as I tried to restart my computer. I was having trouble scanning a doc with an HP 8710 OfficeJet (it said there was a communication error with the computer), so I removed the printer and was attempting to restart the computer so I could reinstall the printer. As soon as I clicked Restart, the BSOD occurred. Not sure if it's related to the printer or not. I think it was my first attempt to use the printer/scanner on this computer.

    Please let me know if you have any questions or if there's any additional information you need from me. Any help would be appreciated.
