    I've been encountering this problem caused by NVIDIA discrete graphics card since August 2023, and had to disable the card temporarily in order to avoid the blue screens. I've been trying several fixes suggested with similar cases as follows but the problem still persists:1. SFC and DISM2. Uninstall the device from Device Manager, restart, let Windows reinstall the drivers3. Use DDU in Safe Mode to remove the drivers, restart, clean driver install with the latest version downloaded from NVIDIA website4. Reset WindowsIn addition, I scanned the laptop and there was no malware. I also ran hardwar

    Getting "VIDEO DXGKRNL FATAL ERROR" BSOD

    Since 1 month my laptop is having BSOD while gaming, the stop code is "VIDEO DXGKRNL FATAL ERROR". I have uninstalled and reinstalled old and new gpu drivers, reset my windows but the BSOD still occurs.

    Event viewer shows "The description for Event ID 0 from source nvlddmkm cannot be found. I even rolled back gpu drivers multiple times, but getting Video dxgkrnl fatal error bsod. The issue occurs only while gaming. Also ran DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth & sfc /scannow before and even now, no errors found. Everytime after the BSOD, the laptop restarts and gpu is gone from device manager, I have to reset the bios to get nvidia gpu to show again. Please help me fix this issue. Thank you

    All I can tell you is what I see in the dump. Did you try the latest using DDU and not installing PHYSX as you did the driver from the ASUS web site?

    VIDEO DXGKRNL FATAL ERROR in Dell Inspiron 14R 5437 running latest Windows 10

    Hi I'm getting VIDEO DXGKRNL FATAL ERROR on my Dell Inspiron 14R 5437 which is running Windows 10 latest.

    It was auto updated Windows couple of date back and I'm getting this error on blue screen today. It's happening even when in standby with out opening any application or software.

    Kindly suggest me a solution
