Windows 10: Need help with color vs greyscale display.

Dell Latitude running Windows 10. When computer starts, it loads Windows and then asks for password or pin. This screen is in full color. After entering information, screen shows welcome, then immediately goes into greyscale. It is readable, but difficult. All display settings are set for color, but they seem to change nothing. Even in safe mode this behavior persist. Advice?

I am running Windows 10 but recently my screen has a grayscale color. My computer login screen is still in full color but after I login, the display switches to the grayscale colors.

Can someone help me with this?

Go to Settings > Personalization > Colors > High Contrast Settings, turn off Color Filter.

Color bit depth is at 6-bit on Display properties of Windows 10 pro

Try the below suggested steps and check if the suggested options are available to change the Color bit Depth value

1. Right click on the desktop and select NVIDIA Control Panel.
2. Expand the Display, and then highlight the Change resolution.
3. On the right side, check if there is 8 bpc listed under
   Output color depth.
4. You may select 8 bpc and restart the device to witness the changes.
