    Need help with desktop.


    Hi, I have a Dell desktop. It's about 3 years old, running Windows 10. It has been running fine until recently. 2 issues are happening. When I'm home i have the PC on most of the time. When I go to sleep I leave it on. The next morning I turn on the monitor & do what I normally do, check the news, emails etc. But lately in the morning I've been finding that the PC is running slow. I found that I have to log off & log back on for it to work normal again. The 2nd issue is with no warning when its going to happen. So far it has happened while watching Pluto TV, while watching youtube &

    Desktop Icons Won't Stay Put

    Hi Laurie,

    As per the issue description I understand that you are facing issues with desktop icons.

    I suggest you try the following step in order to arrange the icons.

    • Right click on the desktop.
    • Click on view
    • Check the option auto arrange icons.

    Your suggestion does not work. It did work on Windows 7.
