    Need help with DX error please.


    I have a brand new system, 670e hero, 7950x & 6200 ram. I have reinstalled my windows several times and drivers etc to try to resolve this error. I even tried swapping my wife and I's ram because I suspected that was the culprit. This error is inconsistant but will happen to me after atleast an hr or more of game play of any game.     Need help with DX error please.

    getting DX Setup error: An internal error occurred, while trying to install a game.

    Have AMD Phenom II X4 975 Processor, 20480 Ram, Nvidia GeForce GTX 580, direct x 12, All drivers are updated and I have checked the DX installation. Any suggestions. The Games are Origin games Dragon Age and Dragon AGE II by Electronic Arts. They
    told me I had to download DX 10, but 12 incorporates all the previous versions. I tried anyway and it said I already had it. Any suggestions.
