Windows 10: Need help with getting my Windows 10 default settings

For some odd reason in my Windows 10 my Environmental Variables are configured to an OpenSSH. I can’t use my command prompt and I suspect the reason is because of what was mentioned above. I need the default since my system protection option in my advanced settings was set to “disable”. Probably got hacked but pretty lame for the hacker since I don’t have anything or do much on my laptop. I need the default environmental variables configurations since I can’t default restore. Are the configurations system product exclusive? Like if you own a Dell or HP the configurations are different? I wouldn’t think so since they all run on the same Windows. Need help.

Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Setting Chrome as my default browser - Windows 10

I would suggest you to try these steps to see if it resolves the issue.

• Go to Start > Settings > System.
• Choose Default apps, then scroll down to
  Web browser.
• Tap or click the browser that’s currently listed as your default, then choose Chrome from the list of apps
