Windows 10: Need help with laptop keyboard. random keys are failing and then working

To be specific, my laptop's windows 11 keyboard apart of my laptop has its left control, caps lock, S, and 0 key randomly stop working then after multiple clicks start working again. My left control key does not work at all, no matter what i try. I've already tried restarting my laptop multiple times, uninstalling and reinstalling the keyboard in device manager, and cleaning the keyboard to the best of my abilities. this has only started recently in the last few days, but i haven't had any major accidents or updates for my laptop. Is there anything else I can do on my end before bringing i

random keyboard keys stop working?

i went out today and everything was fine, i come home and three random keys stopped working, maybe more i havent noticed yet. the three key on the left side of the keyboard not working, the left shift stopped working, and the enter key stopped working, but the one on the numpad works fine. no one was home to use it, nothing spilled on it, i tried it on another computer and same deal. im gonna go buy a new one tomorrow but it makes me sad cause i loved this keyboard lol, microsoft ergonomic 4000. ill probably buy the same exact one if its in stock tomorrow, this one lasted or 4 years about. im just confused why three random keys spread out stopped working at the same time...seems very weird

Specific keys on laptop keyboard are failing

The keyboard on my laptop failed to type some keys. I removed one of them and cleaned it but didn't fix. Sometimes they work, but they mostly are failing. The keys that are failing are also in different zones of the keyboard. Assumed it was electronic issue,
so replacement is needed. In the meantime tried some workarounds.

I tried Windows' troubleshooting or updating drivers, but to no avail.

I tried Regedit and then Sharpkeys to remap, but it triggers no changes.
I tried UnifiedRemote keyboard but it fails exactly the same as my physical keyboard.

I use on-screen keyboard and it works, but very very cumbersome to type with mouse, obviously....

I am about to buy an external keyboard but am afraid that it will also have the same problem, since UnifiedRemote does.

So it seems the issue is not electronic after all, I was hoping someone could give me some pointers as to what could be the problem, or to help make my remaping work.

I'd aprecite any help in fixing the issue or resolving a workaround like getting Regedit to work, or assurance that the external keyboard will work. I need this keys to be able to work.

I don't know where else to request help...
