Windows 10: Need help with M3D micro 3d printer driver

The driver for the M3D micro just wont install I have read through all of the support stuff on there website and just cant find anything. when I try to install the software the wizard says that the driver canot be installed I have repetedly tried to install it with no result please help.

• How exactly did you try to download the drivers?
• Did you try to check if the printer driver's are shown in the device manager?

Let's try the following steps and check if it helps:

Step 1: Run Hardware and device Troubleshooter.

• Type troubleshooting in the search bar and select it.
• Select View all on the top left corner.
• Click Hardware and device
  troubleshooter.
• Follow the on-screen instructions to run the troubleshooter.
• Check if issue persists.

Step 2: I suggest you to visit the manufacturer website of the printer and download and install the latest drivers and check if it helps.

3D Builder identifies Dremel 3D40 Printer but fails to connect

Thank you All,

Indeed I talked with Micro-Mark and Dremel, they didn't know that 3D Builder with windows 10 would even see their printer, when I suggested that it might help them with sales, they seemed interested. Again I appreciate the response from everybody.
