Windows 10: Need help with making printer airprint printer on windows 10

Hello I have A stationary Windows PC I can't install any thing that needs administrator permission I have a printer behind the computer I also have a iPad Mini 2nd Gen and I would like to set-up my computer so that when I go to print something from my iPad my computer shows up in the list of airprint printers and when I select it it sends the file to my computer and my computer adds it to the printing list telling my printer to print it. Can someone please help? Again I can't run anything that requires admin permission but if someone installs it gets the files created from installer and sends me them I should probably be able to handle the rest! Thank you!

Who makes a good inkjet printer?

My suggestion to you is buy a laser printer. Inkjets are money pits.

 

Printer advice

hp printers have the most expensive ink of all printers, the most economical is cannon and epson so i suggest if you looking to keep costs down look at those brands.

that being said it may not have the best print quality if it uses less costly ink.

if keeping cost down is the most important then shop in reverse, find a brand that has cheap replacement ink cartridges then see what printers they are used on. then from that list look to see if you like any of those printers and if they are affordable to you, if not then select another ink cartridge and look at the printers that those are used on. this method will give you the most affordable printer and the cheapest cost of replacement ink.

Step 1: I suggest you to update the drivers for printer and check.

  Right-click on the printer driver
  that is listed and click Update driver software.
  

Step 2: I suggest you to run the printer troubleshooter from
“Fix printer problems”
and then check if this fixes the issue.
