Windows 10: Need help with mobile hotspot on windows

Hello again based on my initial request, a chat session was started before I was able to reset my password and log in to access my account, and by the time I was able to reach the chat it had ended, and I was unable to restart it. I am hoping you can help me access the mobile hotspot I have set up on my laptop. The network name does not show up in my available networks. What do I need to do to be able to access my laptop's mobile hotspot?

Windows 10 Mobile Hotspot Not working

Hi,

Your Bluetooth connection may be enabled which prevents you from setting up your mobile hotspot. To have this addressed, we suggest turning off the Bluetooth connection and see if you're able to set up your mobile hotspot. Follow these steps:

• Open Settings and select Devices.
• Click Bluetooth, then toggle it OFF.

Once done, check if you can now turn on your computer's mobile hotspot. Let us know how it goes.
