Windows 10: Need help with my GPU

Hello, I'm van I want to ask to the community for guidance.A little bit of story, i have a PC with integrated graphics card, but I don't feel enough. i wanted to use dedicated graphics card, so i bought an sapphire nitro+ radeon RX 580 4Gb.This GPU has a 6 + 8 pin power to connect to the PSU, and the PSU i use is Corsair CV550 80+ bronze. its a non-modular PSU, so it has permanently attached cable. the PCIe cable from my PSU is a single cable but a splitter, 8+8 pin. i read somewhere and many people said that using splitter cable is not recommend and can cause the GPU to be damaged. but in o

I would like to suggest 2 more things if you don't mind,
1. Seat the GPU in another slot, if possible, and see if that helps anything
2. Use the GPU in another system, if possible, this is a step to determine that it is really the GPU and not multiple defective slots or something else from the system.

 

My GPU is heavily under performing, please help!

I suggest you to use the same GPU in different computer and check if the issue persist.

As you mentioned that you have overclocked the CPU, Microsoft does not recommend overclocking the CPU.
