Windows 10: Need help with network controller in device manager showing code 28

I'm using a Acer nitro 5, AN515-52-796M. My WIFI and Bluetooth adaptor seems to not be working, settings show no WIFI network and that Bluetooth is turned off.When checking device manager, I see a "network controller" under other devices. The properties page says it has no drivers code 28 in properties page. When clicking update driver, "search automatically" does not automatically install any drivers, telling me to check with windows update, which also has nothing. When i click let me pick, there is a whole list of different items, including Audio input and outputs, batteries, and a bunch o

Code 28 Network Controller

I just installed a new ssd and reinstalled windows 11 and there is no option to connect to WiFi. I checked my device manager and network controller says

The drivers for this device are not installed, (Code 28)

There are no compatible drivers for this device.

To find a driver for this device, click Update Driver.

I’m wondering if this is whats causing the WiFi issues. I clicked on update driver and it still couldn’t find one

My pc is a KAMRUI AMR5, it’s a mini pc I got on Amazon

I understand that you receive an error code 28 for Mass Storage controllers. I’ll certainly assist you with this.



However, please let us know:

• Are you aware of any changes made to the computer recently?
  
• What is the make and model of the computer?
  
• Which build version of Windows 10 is installed on the computer? To check type:
  winver in the search bar on the Taskbar and hit
  Enter.
  

As per the error Code 28 "The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)",
you may have to reinstall the drivers manually. Please refer the recommended resolution for the error code in the article

You may also want to try installing the chipset drivers from the computer manufacturer’s website and see if that helps.

The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)

Before i did all in place upgrade the previous it works fine except the windows got so many corrupt updates
but after i did upgrade win10 build i got this problem error 28
so it means that the missing driver is because the driver is not compatible with this windows version?

so i dont think step 5 in the link will the problem? because the hardware works fine in the previous windows version/build
already did step 1 to reboot but the problem still exist
and for step 4 i already check win update but no result,did searching but didnt found the patch/pack to solve this problem

as for step 2 and 3, i hope you can guide me how to find the driver. im tootaly noob here. i dont even the function of each driver that i downloaded. is it intel chippset driver that cause this problem?
