    Need help with New iPhone setup for Microsoft Authenticator


    I have switched to a new iPhone and my Microsoft Authenticator app information did not transfer over. My 2 accounts do not have my phone number of backup email attached so I need help getting them setup. I have successfully setup 3 of my other accounts but this is keeping me from the partner center and my Action Pack Subscription.

    Hi, I'm Elise, a fellow user like yourself and I'd be happy to help with your issue.

    Microsoft Authenticator is only available on iPhone or Android, but you can still setup multi factor authentication using SMS for example.
