Windows 10: Need help with ntoskrnl.exe+3fd6f0 BSOD's

I have a 4090 13900KF, 1300W PSU, PRO Z690-A WIFI DDR4 motherboard, I've tried different sticks of ram, updating drivers, reinstalling Windows, upgrading to Windows 11, using only one SSD, adding a support bracket for the GPU and tightening the screws until snug, stress testing the GPU and CPU with demanding games doesn't seem to increase the likelihood of crashing, updating the BIOS, trying different Display Ports on the GPU, up

• Update your Realtek audio driver.
• Update your computer.
• Disable overclocking settings.
• Turn off BlueStacks/ another Android emulator.
• Clean your registry.
• Check your disk for errors.
• Fix bad memory issues.
• Remove faulty sticks of RAM.

Hang on a second, no. As far as the rules are concerned VPNs from legitimate sources are not illegal. You don't have the right to 'force' someone to remove a piece of software that:

1. Is not causing the issue related to the crashes
2. is not pirated software or illegal

Cloudflare WARP does not have a windivert file that I can find, even if it did, again, its not against the forum rules because it is not an illegal system file in of itself.
