Windows 10: Need help with PC freezing and glitching.

Hi, my PC has been randomly freezing for a few months now and I've yet to figure out the cause. Whenever I for example switch programs, start games and such sometimes its completely random, my PC randomly freezes up, with audio glitching and playing the same short sound, which was playing before it froze in quick succession. This is usually followed by my keyboard lights turning off and on on random sections of the keyboard or monitor disconnecting - this usually happens as the glitching ends, then the "device disconnect" and right after it "device connect" sounds play and the monitor turns

Did you perform every single step in the list above? The reason I ask is that I have given that list thousands of times and it always works. if one of the earlier steps is not successful then the Repair Install should have fixed it. When there is no report back or mention of any of the steps it makes me wonder if they all got done.
