Windows 10: Need help with restoring my color on windows 11 please

Please help! I have lost all color with Windows 11 on my hp laptop. The only time I see any color is for quick second at the startup right before i can put my password in. Ive been working at this for a couple of weeks have done everything that any of the YouTube videos suggested, No luck!

Window background color - I don't appear to be able to do this on windows 10 as the change color scheme bit isn't there.
