Windows 10: need help with set up question

Hi all, im selling one of my PC's to a friend, if im resetting the PC, can I turn it off at the region select screen so the person who has bought it off me can go through the set up process themselves? they live several hundred miles away, so they cant set it up as soon as I reset it.. If not, how do I make it so they can do the set up process themselves after I wipe it?

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
