Windows 10: Need help with some settings fault

When I go to cortana app settings in microphone it says "Your organisation has turned off voice assistance for Cortana in Windows. You can still get Cortana’s help by typing in the text box.", but I dont have any work or school account connected, but I once had, but I also disconnected a long time back. I already tried to repair and reset cortana app.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
