Windows 10: Need help with stop code after failed restore point restore. Computer is stuck.

I restored my computer from a recent restore point - not the most recent. It failed. A blue screen came up with a stop code 0xc000021a. It said it was collecting error information and would restart, but after 20 minutes nothing is happening. If I try to power down and power up, the computer gets stuck on this same blue screen. What should I do? Reinstall windows?

Mussels did not fail, those two are answers are very common with what you are describing. You can try to go back to a system restore point located in the help folder in control panel. Have you created any recent restore points?

Since the computer is being stuck, I suggest you to restart the computer and try to perform the restore again and check if it helps.
