Windows 10: Need help with this error 0x80070490

My computer is Windows 10 Home and when it offers Windows 11 I grab the opportunity and upgrade. Now, I want to upgrade this Home edition to Pro, so I bought Windows 11 Pro upgrade however I cant upgrade since im getting this error code. Please I need to upgrade since its already took my money.

Thanks for the fast reply i disabled the AV and the SuS server. I went through the steps of starting and stopping the services and get the same results Error 0x80070490. Let me know if you have any other troubleshooting steps that i can try.

I am getting this error when trying to update/upgrade machines to the april 1803 version using or sus server. I have tried all the troubleshooting steps that microsoft recommends and keep getting this error when i retry. I have disabled the sus in the registry
and it still will not go any help is appreciated.
