Windows 10: Need help with troubleshooting windows instability

I started having a problem with irql_not_less_or_equal error from mid june/ july this year. In the last month, my laptop also started going into a freeze, i.e. the screen goes black and laptop doesn't do anything until I manually restart it with the power button. Typically I get the the BSOD, and it happens randomly throughout the day 0-3 times usually. Followed up with some other error like kernel security check failure or unexpected kernel mode trap.It can happen, while browsing the web or running some program, or gaming. The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
