Windows 10: Need help with "Unknown layout specified in manifest" error in Microsoft Store Windows 10

Dear Microsoft Support,I am writing to you today because I am experiencing the "Unknown layout specified in manifest" error in the Microsoft Store app on my Windows 10 computer. This error is preventing me from opening or using the Store.I have tried all of the following troubleshooting steps:I have reset the Microsoft Store app.I have run the Windows Store Apps troubleshooter.I have reregistered the Microsoft Store app.I have updated Windows.I have disabled my antivirus software temporarily.I have checked for corrupted system files using the System File Checker SFC tool.Unfortunately, the e

Tried resintalling and changing the region as mentioned in few blogs

tried reinstalling the .NET also

anymore suggestions

It wont affect my data?I dont care about data, users keep most of data on servers, So your suggesting i do refresh on 10+ and God knows how many more computers, which deletes all installed software?Means i need to reinstall all the apps like office, banking
apps, antivirus software and what not, which is full day job per PC?
