Windows 10: need help with VirTool:Win32/ExcludeProc.D

Discus and support need help with VirTool:Win32/ExcludeProc.D in AntiVirus, Firewalls and System Security to solve the problem; recently had this pop-up everytime i turn on my pc and whenever i try to remove it, the windows antivirus removes it only for it to reappear the next...     recently had this pop-up everytime i turn on my pc and whenever i try to remove it, the windows antivirus removes it only for it to reappear the next time i boot up my pc.genuinely don't know what to do and hope someone here is able to help me.thanks!
