Windows 10: Need Help with Wifi and my Dell Inspiron 15 7559 Laptop

Good morning everyone,

This sub has come through for me a couple of times and have been forever thankful...i have one issue that i cannot seem to resolve no matter how much i google, watch youtube videos i cannot get this to work...there might not even be a solution, but i will try my best.

PROBLEM: I have a Dell Inspiron 15 7559 "Gaming" laptop. It has a 960 Graphics card...but what i am having an issue with is my WIfi... I cannot get it higher than 40Mbps...I am currently paying for 500 meg internet and I know that i will not reach those speeds on wifi...but my Galaxy note 9 comes fairly close on wifi at 450mbps speedtest.

Am i doing something wrong? I purchased a new router last week a Netgear AX 1800 router and the speed remains the same, testing wifi from my room and right next to it, i get the same speed. If i connect the ethernet port i get full speed.

Do you have any tips and tricks i can try to make this pick up more speed, i am sure that this laptop is more than capable to pick up much faster speeds...anything you can do i will be eternally greatful.

taskbar icons and dialogue boxes are unreadable in inspiron 15 7559


hi,
I recently bought an laptop inspiron 15 ( 7559) withe the following configuration.
processor: 6th gen i7
display: 4k
graphics: nvidia gtx 960
Os: windows 10

the problem is the icons and dialogue boxes are very small and impossible to read.
i am not able to change the sizes. It occors in almost all applications.
i tried resetting the pc, changing OS but the problem still exist.
Please do help me find the solution for this issue

Limited connection problem in Dell Inspiron 15 3521 after update


Hi,
I am experiencing Problem with the wifi connectivity after I updated my Dell Inspiron 15 3521. I updated the Dell Wireless 1703 802.11b/g/n (2.4GHz) to the latest and tried every steps I could find in the blogs, youtube and communities talk but still couldn't fix the problem.
Any kind of help will be appreciated.

Touchpad lagging - Signature Edition Dell Inspiron 15 7559

I'm getting major lagging when using my touchpad on my brand new Dell Inspiron 15 7559 Signature Edition I purchased from the Microsoft Store (online). The lagging almost always happens on the desktop, but not (mostly) on an open window. The lagging is
serious. I can draw circles on the touchpad and it takes 4-5 seconds for the cursor to catch up. Light, medium, heavy pressure all the same.

The Signature Edition is supposed to include the latest drivers and be free of bloatware...but I'll probably need to install Dell's support assistant to run a check.

I am not having luck with settings and have no idea how to proceed. Very frustrated
