Windows 10: Need help with windows 10 notebook

Ok. I was using my computer normally, when I accidentally spilled water on my notebook.

I used it for a bit longer, but then it went to a black screen reading,

Please install a operating system on your hard disk.

F2 System Diagnostics


I don know what a hard disk is, and I´ve tried to install windows via a USB, but it didn´t work. By the way, I don´t have a different notebook to install a recovery program on.

Cortana Notebook

In order to enable the Notebook icon in Cortana, I suggest you to check if you have enabled Cortana.

To enable Cortana, please follow the steps below:

• Go to Cortana.
• Go to Settings.
• Turn on “Cortana can give you suggestions, ideas, reminders, alerts”.

• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
