Windows 10: Need help with windows 10

Hello, so I turned my pc on like usual but this time there was just black screen after turning on my pc. I tried restarting my pc a few times but still, I only got a dark screen. I then tried the automatic repair option but it just said that my "computer couldn't be fixed using the automatic fix tool." But with this I probably got the exact path of the problem see on photosorry that it is in Slovak. Then I tried the factory reset but it always just writes that "There was a problem when resetting your pc. No changes were made." After that I tried rebooting the pc and I got a blue screen wit

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
