Windows 10: Need help with Windows 11 0x80070005 error

Few days ago i've switched from w10 to w11 and everything was fine until now - now windows says that my version is not activated but whenever i try to re-activate it it shows me 0x80070005 error "Something interrupted the troubleshooting process. Make sure you are connected to the Internet, wait a few minutes and try again." but even after few hours im still getting this error message, any ideas on how can i solve this issue??
