Windows 10: Need Help With Windows Firewall

From this Windows Report article "How to see if Windows Firewall is blocking a port or program" I found that with this command netsh firewall show state showing different result in my machine.Please see below screenshots. See Ports currently open on all network interfaces Output. I'm not expert, please help me if something wrong with my PC.The 1st image is from my PC and 2nd one from a freshly installed Windows 8.1 PC. Why are they different? Is something wrong with my PC? I need help, please.

Can Windows Firewall block outgoing connections yet? If not, it's one step above useless.

Windows 10 Firewall won't keep my inbound/outbound rules

I realize the inconvenience caused to you regarding the Windows Firewall. I will certainly assist you.

I suggest you to restart the Windows firewall service and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps for the same.

• Press Windows key + R simultaneously for Run.
• Type services.msc and then Enter.
• Right click on the Windows firewall services and then restart the services and check if it helps.

If the issue still persists then I suggest you to remove and then read the Windows fire wall rule.

windows firewall question

yes i am sure i am having no issues with a router. this is at my work. and i only have issues with the windows 7 firewall.

as for adding ports, i do it the same as what is listed in your picture.
