Windows 10: Need make 480x272 screen displaying 640x360 WinCE 6.0 and other problems

So I need the retro Lark FreeBird 50.1 unlocked from firmware with Windows Embedded CE 6 core build 0 to may third party software help or I can program it but I need documentation:1 Display in 640x360 fitted and rotate because the screen has small resolution 480x272 and I need more space, ability to rotate if needed and ability to undo this / switch this mode if my display won't handle I have a Menu key that doesn't do anything it can be used to switch that, no keyboard or just touch in the right coordinates to switch that2 Play media wma, wmv without running the firmware loader.e

I am interested in changing a few of the not-so-user friendly programs such as the bluetooth (has no built in phonebook!!) and the media player (no build in play lists)

Where can I find WinCE programs that I can throw on to this device?

4870x2 won't display at 1680x1050 at all!

OK. Now I know what ur problem is. Step by step:
1. Go to Catalyst Control Center
2. Click on the word "Graphic" right on top left corner. It will display drop down menu
3. Click on Display monitor and will see the list of monitor at near bottom
4. Right Click the monitor and select "Configure". It will show up the window
5. There will be 3 option to select. Select the middle one and then click on the tab which show the bar with 15%.
6. Drag the bar to max, and the screen will stretch to the native resolution 1680x1050.
7. Also click the tab with showing RGB drop down list and select the last one (it will change to image quality for pc).

Can 480x272@60Hz work on HD 5830 without damage?

This is a stupid question. I just wanted to make sure I said it so no one need remind me, which I'm sure you will anyway.*Stick Out Tongue

What I'm currently doing is using my PSP as a second monitor (via PSPdisp) in extended display mode, which is working fairly well. However I am using 640x480, the lowest resolution CCC 10.8 will let me set, and it looks bad because it's stretched. Additionally it takes up about 5% more CPU at idle because it has to resize the images being hurled at the PSP.

I'm ever so slightly concerned about forcing 480x272@60Hz on the extended display. I can't think of a reason why I'd be concerned other than the fact that 480x272 (and 320x240) isn't listed in the graphics card's modes.

I've been thinking really hard for the past beer and a half trying to think of a way that setting an incredibly tiny DOS-type resolution could damage a graphics chip designed to pass orders of magnitude more information. I can't come up with one.

Maybe passing too many zeros in a vector pisses off the GPU and it draws a picture of an ASCII cock on the impending blue screen. That's the best I can do.

Anyway, is there any danger in setting 480x272@60/30Hz on my HD 5830?

-I'm using Display Changer to force the resolution (great program, been using it for years)
-I have Windows 7 64
-480x272 is the PSP's native resolution
-I'm only setting my secondary (extended) display at 480x272, NOT my primary.
-I only use the PSP display for video/TV/music so it doesn't steal valuable screen real estate.
-I ran out of Yuengling so I'm drinking Pabst Blue Ribbon
