Windows 10: Need My recovery Key when my laptop is broke

Hi everyone,how to get a lock when I never set my laptop to bitlocker but windows has turned on bitlocker automatically?my laptop only creates an admin user and doesn't log in to a microsoft account, so the key doesn't existwhat I know if you want to get the key you have to log in to your microsoft email account and the key will go to your emailand the laptop i'm using can't turn on or it's broken now and i want to save my data but when i want to save the data the hard drive asks for bitlocker keyCan the Microsoft team provide the recovery key when I give the KEY ID?Thank you.

Laptop will not boot at all, not even from DVD


Hi, this is read from an HP forum, not ASUS- I've no idea if it applies.. but you can try it!
Here are the steps:

1. Turn off the computer.
2. Hold down the windows key + b and power on the laptop without letting go.
3. Here's the magic: while holding down windows key + b, then press F2.
4. The laptop will enter BIOS recovery mode, and you should be all set from there.

 

Need recovery key- to Reset Win10 laptop

Laptop won't start window 10. Tried several times and it hangs with the dots stopping.

I'm at the Blue screen asking:

Enter the recovery key-to get going again.

It has the Recovery Key ID.. can't find the needed Recovery. On the page suggested

I suggest you to download and install the latest software for ‘One Key Recovery’ from the manufacturer website and check if it helps.

If the issue still persists, uninstall the software and install it in compatibility mode by following the steps below:

• Right click on the ‘Setup’ icon for the driver and click on properties.
• Under Compatibility tab, check the option for Run in Compatibility mode.
• Select Windows 8 from the drop down list.
• Click on Apply and then OK.
• Install the driver software.
