Windows 10: Need my Win 10 back. Please help me do this.

My new HP laptop auto upgraded from Win 10 to Win 11. This broke contact with my perfectly good printer which only has drivers available up to Win 10. This happened perhaps 2 months ago without my realizing it. I used this laptop part time but need it now to print. I can't afford a new printer! Please be willing to talk me through the steps. Thank you.

• Let us know are you referring to Update list when you say "Win 10 mailing list"?

Meanwhile, I suggest you to Run the Deployment Image Servicing and Management (DISM) tool which fixes the Windows corruption error if there are any. Follow the steps:

• 
  Press Windows+X.
  
• 
  Click on Command Prompt (Admin).
  
• 
  Type the command DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
  and hit Enter.

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it
