Windows 10: Need refund

    Need refund


    I believed to have canceled my Microsoft 365 subscription last year as I don’t use my personal laptop for those apps anymore, apparently it didn’t go through and I just saw through banking that I was charged the full amount on 12:9/24. It is not returnable on the order history page. How can I go about talking to someone? When I call the customer service number, it says they cannot access my account due to not having the right phone number attached and then hang up on me. It is correct in the app, I’m at a loss and can’t afford these things at this time. Thank you.

    Could you provide us few information in order to assist you better?

    • What are the issues your facing in DVD player apart from not playing?
    • Do you get any error message?
    • Did you try to uninstall and reinstall the app again?
    • Did you try any troubleshooting steps to fix the issue?
