Windows 10: Need Script for fonts Chinese language

I am using English Windows , but my job required to work with a lot of Chinese websites and app, and i am not native Chinese . For Android i have found a very helpful way is change the entire android font system/theme , so where there is Chinese characters it will display with pinyin ( pinyin is English alphabet which helps you understand Chinese characters for the newbie like me.) See the Screenshot of how a text message with Chinese characters look like on my phone.





I want the same thing to be done with windows , so anywhere if there is chinese characters to display it will come with such fonts which has pinyin on the top of it , so it would be possible for me to read that and understand it.

I dont know if its possible in windows so i better be asking experts out there.

Thank you for posting the video .
but my goal is not just MS Word , but the entire or at least 90% of OS displaying Chinese words. I have found fonts which has Chinese characters with pinyin on it , but i don't know how to set those fonts as system display fonts / language.
do you have any idea on it ?

I know what you want.

No idea. Sorry. The only thing I can think of is possibly a 3rd party program such that you could select or hover over Chinese text and the pinyin is displayed by that program as a popup window - perhaps with an English equivalent.

You can replace the existing font used as the system font (tutorial), but that wouldn't help you, would it? No English shown on the GUI would make things hard. That replacement is meant to be like for like, not changing the language.
