Windows 10: Need some assist with windows 10 lock scrren

I came across an issue with Windows 10, I am wondering if someone can assist me on it. I have a windows 10 Version 1903, two Monitor setups on a VMware environment with the latest update. The computer function properly with no issue, but when one of my end user Manual lock his screen the second monitor will turn black and the main monitor will show his desktop until he clicks on it. That is when it turns to the lock screen and present the user with username and password. I have spent two days looking at different article and have not seen to come across anyone that is having the issue my end user is experience

No Lock screen in Windows 10.

• When you say that "rolling slideshow ", what exactly are you referring to?
• When you say that "I can't activate it again.", are you referring that you are not able to Activate Windows 10?
• What are the troubleshooting steps which you have performed to resolve the issue?

I suggest you to follow the steps below to set the lock screen pictures.

1. Right click on Desktop screen.

2. Then click on Personalize.

3. Click on Lock Screen.

4. Try to select the lock screen picture.
