I have a Dell XPS-13 which has been rock solid. For some reason while in sleep mode it decided to come out of it while in my laptop bag this I will cover in a different post as it says it came out of sleep per policy - which I want to find and change, but anyway, when I opened the lid it was "rebooting". Can you let me know where to drop the DMP file for a review please. It is 2gig and I have saved it off.

Bugcheck Reboot

A computer we have repeatedly reboots and its rebooting from a bugcheck. Below is the bugcheck error:

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000007e (0xffffffffc0000005, 0xfffff806e80815b0, 0xffff98801eba2378, 0xffff98801eba1ba0). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 29e4b389-356a-4f9a-96d7-bb99dc274d02.

Any help would be appreciated.

I get the error: The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. My computer keeps rebooting. What are the steps?

• Since when are you facing the above issue? Did you make any recent changes to the computer?
• Did you try booting the computer in Safe mode and check if the issue persists?
