Windows 10: Need some help to move forward from Blue Screen Just a Moment

I am trying to set up the system. However, after creating an account, in the next step, it shows "Create a PIN" and after that, it's stuck at JUST A MOMENT BLUE SCREEN and keeps loading for hours. I badly need to start this system. Please help me guys.. Thank you.
