Windows 10: Need to change MingGW64 shell window layout, which is hard to use

Not sure which category to place this question under. I have been playing with AI and unfortunately, although MSYS2 is very useful to install packages Linux-like, the shell window layout is horrible. See the picture below, I don't want the cursor to type to be always at the very bottom, that's very annoying and inconvenient hard to see and hard to type too. I want it to be in the middle, as in the DOS cmd prompt.I want it to be like the DOS cmd layout, where I can scroll and the cursor will be in the middle see below:Any ideas tricks are appreciated.

  How many keyboard language have you installed?
  

If you have installed more than 1 keyboard language in your system, then I suggest you to remove the keyboard language other than default language and check if it helps.

Follow the steps to remove the language.

• 
  Open Control panel.
  
• 
  Click on language.
  
• 
  Select the language and click on remove option at the top.
